Jeff Roberts - Co-Owner Jeff has been a
professional hair designer since 1978. He received his initial training
at Bjorns Hair Styling Academy. He has since trained with many of
the top hairstylists from around the world, including the late Paul
Mitchell, Gary Gerrard, Irving Rusk, and Yosk of San Francisco.Jeff has been committed to hair designing excellence and customer service since he began in the industry, and his commitment has grown stronger every year. His business partner for the better part of 20 years, and his biggest supporter, is his wife Roberta. Together, they are driven to provide the very best in hair care and customer service. Roberta Roberts - Co-Owner  Roberta Roberts
is one of the premier hair colorists of Silicon Valley. She has personally
trained 25-30 of the areas current top hair colorists still working
today. Her clients travel from far and wide just to have Roberta formulate
a custom color mixture tailored specifically for their skin, hair,
and eye color enhancement.She began her career at Gavalin College in Gilroy Ca. 1975. Her business partner is also her partner in life, her husband Jeff. They have been working hard together for 20 years building their business, which has become synonymous with customer service, hair design, and color excellence. Deanne McQuiston - Professional Hair Designer  Deanne has become
an accomplished hair designer in a very short period of time.
She has infused the salon
with her energy and her creativity. She brings to JR Roberts a bright
and energetic vision for the future in hair, and it infects everyone
at the salon.She spent the last few years in an intensive training program with Nioxin, the industry leader is thinning hair science. She has since become a national educator and specialist for Nioxin and JR Roberts in the area of thinning hair treatment and solutions. She also has become one of our top hair color specialists, sharpening her hair color correction skills to be a very well rounded hair care professional. Deanne began her career in 1993. Margaret
neiblas is the most experienced person on our staff. She brings
a wonderful sense of calmness and allot of experience to our design
team She also specializes in corrective haircolor and is extremely
knowledgeable in the art of chemical relaxing.Margaret first started
with us back in the early 1990's after leading a team of her own
at another well known and respected salon in another part of California.
